At Tasmat Yogi Bhava, I'm extremely happy to present Yoga workshops both online & offline, conducted by our dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Yoga Teachers. We design the yogic modules as per need which could include the foundational principles of yoga, asanas, pranayama, kriyas (dhauti, neti, tratak, kapalabhati), dharana, dhyana, relaxation practices, surya-namaskar, common yoga protocol, sandhi chalan, yogic breaks, shuddhi kriyas etc.
The teaching methodology is such that one understands the why and how of each practice. More importantly, what not to be done :)
Yoga has the potential of setting you off on a quest of knowing your true Self! The strong calling encouraged me to pursue a Diploma in Yogic Education from Yoga Vidya Niketan. When you are passionate about something the rest follows - rank and 8 additional awards including best performance in Nauli, Shuddhikriya, Practicals, Yogic Science Theory among others. Encouragement from teachers and loved ones encouraged me to complete Diploma in Yoga-Naturo Therapy (with a rank!!)
Academically, an IIMB, PGDBA & CFA . Finance professional with 21 years of corporate experience with MNCs working in India and abroad. An avid traveller (37 countries), backpacker, hiker, spiritual seeker, vipassana practitioner, speak 6 languages and more :)
Yoga helps children/ youth to become more centered, manage stress & emotions better. Children often share that they feel calm & happy :) post the sessions.
Yoga brings about physical and mental well-being. Teaching keeps me grounded. I was deeply touched when a child held my hand and said "didi please come again".
Moments like seeing elders raise hands to bless after online meditation sessions, cancer patients claiming they felt relaxed after the sessions will stay etched in my heart forever.
